Phlebotomist

Pay: $14.50–$20.00 per hour (competitive; additional pay for certifications/degrees and Spanish fluency)

What You’ll Do:
Perform donor-facing duties including registration, vitals, medical screening, venipuncture (phlebotomy), heat-sealing, and recordkeeping for whole-blood, autologous, directed, therapeutic, testing, and research collections. Assess donor wellbeing, manage donor reactions, educate donors about donation frequency and blood needs, assist with daily paperwork, and escalate equipment or donor issues to supervisors.
