Responsibilities

Verify test orders and confirm patient identity with requisition forms

Perform venipunctures safely and maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique

Track specimens, handle logistics, and maintain quality control

Attend training on procedures and manage reports and logistics tools efficiently
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ phlebotomy experience

National Phlebotomy Certification may be required depending on state regulations

High School Diploma or equivalent required; RN/BS/BA degrees are preferred

Strong communication, attention to detail, and professional standards are essential
