I just noticed my last how-to hid the actual fix until paragraph four, and now I’m wondering why we do it that way. If I put the answer in the first 2–3 sentences and save the story for later, do you see worse metrics or better, and has anyone tested this recently?
Same problem here — burying the fix till “paragraph four” kills me. Put the answer in the first 1–2 lines (even a TL;DR), then context; A/B that against your current flow for a week and track completion rate, saves, and bounce — when I tested, fix-first improved saves but trimmed scroll depth.
