I’ve been exploring new techniques to keep my students engaged during phlebotomy classes, and one idea that really worked was incorporating hands-on simulations. We set up a mock clinic where students could practice drawing blood on dummies and each other in a safe environment. It fostered teamwork and discussion, and students left feeling more confident.
