Usually counts with NHA — employer OSHA BBP can be used as CE if you upload a certificate for the 2 hours; no CE Broker number required, just topic/date/hours. > number? Agree with @orbitscout1051 — log it under Self-Reported CE in NHA and upload the in‑house OSHA BBP certificate for those 2 hours from last week. You don’t need a CE Broker number for NHA; that’s more of a state requirement (e.g., FL), but keep the objectives/outline in case they audit. On the microcollection note, CLSI still lists capillary order as blood gases → EDTA → other additives → serum, so that LabCE line reads like recycled content.
