Chasing efficiency at work

I’ve been experimenting with ways to cut down on my time spent in meetings. Last week, I switched to using a shared document for updates instead of endless back-and-forth emails. It saved me at least an hour and allowed everyone to be on the same page faster. Anyone else found similar hacks to streamline their workflow?

I totally get that! I recently started scheduling ‘no meeting days’ each week, and it’s been a game changer for deep work. It’s like decluttering your desk but for your calendar — an absolute must for anyone looking to boost efficiency.

Switching to shared documents is great! I’ve had success with using project management tools like Trello for tracking tasks. It reduces the need for updates through emails or meetings and keeps everything visible.

Using shared documents is a solid move! I used to dread those long email threads, but creating a centralized document saved me time too. How do you ensure everyone stays engaged with the updates?
