I’m due for 6 CEUs by March and don’t want another filler infection control video. What have you taken that helped your draws, especially peds or hard veins — LabCE, Relias, or a short in-person workshop?
And most useful CEU I’ve done was Center for Phlebotomy Education’s pediatric “difficult draws” webinar — practical tips on anchoring low, microtube order, and using a transilluminator, and it’s P.A.C.E.-approved (https://www.phlebotomy.com). If you want hands-on, ask your sim lab for a short venipuncture workshop with warm packs and vein-finder practice; it beat the “watch a video, click next” vibe and bumped my first-stick rate on tiny veins.
